      • VIEW FROM THE BLUE BEDROOM

      • sunset

      • South-west, north-east orientation

      • Baths

There are 2 bathrooms in the house.

      • Tarte tatin with apricots

Actually, we should take apples, as it should be, but with apricots it's also pretty tasty!

      • terrace

You don't really need a terrace, but if you want to do yoga on a flat surface at sunrise, you are well served here.

      • Our neighbours

25 cows and some calves that stand in the meadow all year round. So I like animal husbandry.

      • Le Mont Saint-Michel

The World Heritage Site is probably the most famous excursion destination in Normandy. Unfortunately, at the best time of the day it is as crowded as at Pützchens Markt, which is why we recommend making your way to the mountain in the early evening hours. The abbey closes at 6pm in the evening (an hour earlier in winter), but you can also book tickets online so you don't have to wait in line.

      • Cabane Vauban

The Sentier de Douaniers GR223, also known as the customs officers' path, leads from Mont Saint Michel around the coast of the Manche. With a length of 446 km you can choose any section. One of them is from the Cabane Vauban in the direction of Carolles Plage, the Cabane is probably an old customs officer's shelter. A free parking lot is designated. From the cabane you have a magnificent view of the sea, Mont Saint Michel and you can walk along the cliff path to Carolles Plage and beyond. An additional point of interest is found on the path that leads to the Lude valley, a very small river that leads to the Port de Lude and flows into the sea in an extremely bizarre rocky landscape.

      • Carolle's plague

CIRKA 30 MINUTES FROM BRÉCEY. Carolles Plage: a beautiful, spacious and family-friendly beach. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the season. The French also go there in large numbers at the weekend, so traffic jams and a lack of parking spaces are to be expected. If you arrive after 5 or 6 p.m., you can easily find a parking space.

Rennes is best known for the Transmusicales festival, where many international artists have already been discovered: Björk and Nirvana are among them! But numerous other events, such as theater and comedy festivals, also give the Breton capital its appeal.

      • The house and garden of Christian Dior

A small but lovely museum in Granville for those interested in fashion, while the garden is freely accessible and well worth seeing in a fantastic location with sea views.

      • Beach vacation

It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Carolles, always attractive at any time of the year. Remarkably, tourism in the Channel is not that strong, which says nothing about the attractiveness. Many beaches are not overcrowded, sometimes you are completely alone. Carolles is guarded in season.
